The Office Coordinator/Marketing plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient functioning of daily office operations. This position involves managing administrative tasks, maintaining office organization, and performing additional duties as assigned
- Assist management with scheduling projects and meetings.
- Running Digital marketing on various platforms
- Prepare and submit applications and proposals as directed by management.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Generate invoices and quotations.
- Collect payment from customers for services rendered.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases accordingly.
- Answer phones courteously and in timely manner.
- Manage and organize paperwork in accordance with company procedures.
- Update and maintain daily reports.
- Follow up with quotations.
- Candidate should be proactive, eager to learn new skills, and committed to continuous growth.
- Must maintain a professional and presentable appearance.
- Reliability and dependability are essential qualities for this role.
Qualifications and Experience
- A qualification in Office administration or Management or Basic Bookkeeping and/or a similar field.
- High School (matric) (Required)
- Administrative office procedures, practices: 1 year (Preferred)
- Location: Pretoria, Gauteng (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time | Onsite
Salary: R6,000 – R7,000 /pm
