The Office Coordinator/Marketing plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient functioning of daily office operations. This position involves managing administrative tasks, maintaining office organization, and performing additional duties as assigned

  • Assist management with scheduling projects and meetings.
  • Running Digital marketing on various platforms
  • Prepare and submit applications and proposals as directed by management.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Generate invoices and quotations.
  • Collect payment from customers for services rendered.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases accordingly.
  • Answer phones courteously and in timely manner.
  • Manage and organize paperwork in accordance with company procedures.
  • Update and maintain daily reports.
  • Follow up with quotations.
  • Candidate should be proactive, eager to learn new skills, and committed to continuous growth.
  • Must maintain a professional and presentable appearance.
  • Reliability and dependability are essential qualities for this role.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A qualification in Office administration or Management or Basic Bookkeeping and/or a similar field.
  • High School (matric) (Required)
  • Administrative office procedures, practices: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Location: Pretoria, Gauteng (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time | Onsite

Salary: R6,000  – R7,000 /pm
